I didn't do the gauge for it or anything, but it's a scarf, gauge isn't a big deal haha.
I used: Patons SWS in Natural Earth, on size 9 needles.
CO 18 st
Knit 4 rows garter stitch
Row 1: K2, (K2tog, yo) 3 times, K1, (K2tog, yo) 3 times, K3
Row 2: K2, P to last two st, K2
Row 3: K3, (k2tog, yo) 2 times, K3, (K2tog, yo) 2 times, K4
Row 4: K2, P to last two st, K2
Repeat these rows til it's the length you want it (I made mine about 5' long, but I probably would've made it longer if I'd had more yarn)
Work 4 rows garter stitch
BO
And definitely, block, because it's super curly.
Really simple lol

i love it the yarn and pattern go very well together
Its a beautiful pattern, do you know how much yarn you used?
I only used one skein of SWS, but if I'd had more I probably would have used more.
Hope that helps :)
And thank you :)
I just ran across your pattern. It is fabulous!!! Can you tell me what the final width was? You said that it was about 5 feet long, has it stretched any? I really love the stitch pattern, beautiful!!
The scarf is about 5" wide, but I haven't blocked mine yet. (I need to do that soon, heh..)
And no, it hasn't really stretched any.
Thank you :)
Hi. I liked your pattern and decided to make a multi color scarf out of it. I'm having trouble seeing the pattern after two colors, dark grey and brown (four rows each). Can you tell me if I'm suppose to purl the yarn overs in rows two and four? I tried to knit loosely but that isn't working either. Thanks!

Hmm...I love this pattern. Is very simple yet I keep making mistakes. Haha. I used a gray color yarn and it is no where near as pretty as this one. But I am almost finished and I still love it! Thanks:)
Hi! I love this pattern, but as I am a beginner i need to ask you this: (K2tog, yo) 3 times means [K2tog x 3 times + yo] or [K2tog-yo x 3 times]?? Thank you
It means [K2tog-yo x 3 times]
:):)
I didn't know Paton's had colors like that. It's looks so noro. Note to self: see lys for paton's soy silk. Hmm, and what pattern would work well with such a good find? You're pattern of course! Thanks so much for sharing.
